whew! the D4 conference was a blur, but a lot of good things happened for the trailblazers who went. but most of all 5 cent beer, jk, but it was crazy. that was the most rediculously cheap evening ever. so now a little run down about the conference.


Friday morning, we leave an hour late for lubbock in the van. your usual awkward convo, but we get to work on the presentation and skit we have to do, flippin' skit, so we get to lubbock, rather than going to the hotel to check in we go straight to texas tech. so we roll in realizing we were supposed to be dressing in our t shirts, but oh well, bad news bears to the rescue. did i forget to mention that the campus of texas tech is ginormous? so we get to the hotel after dinner and casino night, sweet rooms, but then we get the news.......lubbock is a dry county.

Saturday after completing the skit and presentation we have to give, and a few hours of sleep we head to the campus for the days activities, meet a lot of really chill people from texas, louisiana, alabama, enmu, etc. so we do our skit and presentation, for next years d4 in albuquerque. we are all jonesing for some spring break activities, so then it happens, there is an announcement we are going to the district=fun times we go to a place called, static, watch the unm games, and dancing, it was so hot in there, but felt good to let go.

Sunday, we head home, and now onto the next conference for me, and many trips for others. its going to be a good week.
