Easy Does it Now Keep Your Damn Mouth Shut..

What a week. Been doing a lot of listening lately and it seems to be paying off. I have come to realize that if you change the dynamic of an argument from a 'win-lose' to 'win-win' situation you can solve most anything. Most times an argument can leave the participant vunerable and afraid, when you take away the score, everything opens up and you can solve problems.

So far this week is flying by. I can't wait for the weekend, already. I miss Katie.
