It a false sense of accomplishment.

What a day, you can tell when the boss is in, everything is at a frenzy pace and nerves are short and far between. Somehow managed to pull of the early am departure from ABQ to Santa Fe in time to shower and get to work with lunch in tow. Not sure how it happens, on paper it should not work, but there is always time to spare and I am full of energy when I get to work, not sure if its the added oxygen or just happy to be around katie. Unfortunately she has been ill as of late, but It was nice to hang out for a bit, even if it was a small glimpse into the everyday. I miss being part of the everyday, its so simple. but desirable at the same time. Her friends will return so and that will be good for her, mine however, not so sure, seem so far away now, but resolution #1 is bridge the distance with promises and going out of my way to make things happen.

Was "fired" today, that means the boss likes you. funny logic but it lightens the mood. free baklava and working for peanuts today. happy holidays eveyone.
